This group joining safari gives the Serengeti a complete extra day, which is the single biggest difference between glimpsing the park and actually experiencing it. Rather than passing through on the way to the crater, you spend a full day out on the plains with picnic lunches, out early when the light is good and the predators are still active.
Almost uniquely, all three African jackal species occur in the Serengeti, alongside spotted hyena and a range of more elusive small predators from the insectivorous aardwolf to the serval cat. The safari then descends into the Ngorongoro Crater before returning overland to Arusha and on to Nairobi by shuttle. Park entrance fees, accommodation, all meals on safari and a professional English speaking guide are included throughout.
