Venture Africa Budget Safaris representative will meet you at the airport or your hotel and after your breakfast. You will be introduced to your guide and given a full briefing regarding your safari programme. Once these final details are settled you depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve via the viewpoint at the Great Rift Valley. You will enjoy lunch in Narok. On arrival in the park, you will proceed on a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. You will arrive for dinner and your overnight stay at the Lodge.

Your guide will pick you up after breakfast with your picnic lunch and proceed on a full day game drive within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills, where the wild meets wonder. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range encounters, and it is known as the 8th Wonder of the World and the best park to view the big cats. You will break for your picnic lunch at Hippo Pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. In the evening after the game drive your guide will drop you at the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Optional early morning balloon ride can be organised at an extra cost.

After breakfast you will be picked up from the Lodge or camp and proceed to the Masai Village for a cultural tour known as the Maasai village tour, at an extra cost. We then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge or Hotel.

After breakfast your guide will pick you up and proceed into Lake Nakuru National Park, well known for the many different bird species recorded here and as a home to both the black and the white rhinoceros. The park was established for the protection of endangered species such as the rhino and is also home to colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes and a variety of plains antelope. Late in the afternoon, drive to Naivasha arriving in the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Dove Nest Resort.

After breakfast your guide will pick you up and depart the Lodge or camp for Hell’s Gate for registration. Here you can cycle or enjoy a drive, as Lake Naivasha is one of the few places where you can explore on foot. Hell’s Gate National Park has attractions such as Olkaria and Hobley’s, two extinct volcanoes, and obsidian formed from cooled molten lava. Within the park is Hell’s Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs and containing two volcanic plugs, Fischer’s Tower and Central Tower, with a smaller gorge extending to the south where a path descends to hot springs. Later, with your hot lunch on the way, proceed to Amboseli National Park to arrive in the evening. You will be dropped at the camp for dinner and overnight.

A day of game drives in this park, which contains swamp grounds where elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen, and Mount Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. We cater for picnic lunches and you return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, the driver will pick you up from the camp and you will proceed to Namanga with lunch enroute. You will go through the immigration process and later proceed to Arusha, arriving during the day and checking in to your hotel booked on bed and breakfast only.

You will be picked up from your hotel after breakfast and depart Arusha for Lake Manyara with lunch enroute, then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive. The park is famous for its tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge or campsite.

After breakfast you will be picked up by your guide and proceed to Ngorongoro with a game drive enroute and your lunch on the way, enjoying final game viewing as you drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and arriving in the afternoon. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the seven wonders of Africa. Later you will be dropped at the camp or Lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will be picked up by your guide at your hotel and descend 2000ft into the Ngorongoro Crater, exploring and viewing animals from a depression angle until you arrive at the crater floor. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater, ascend, and drive to the Serengeti arriving in the evening. You will be dropped at the camp or Lodge for dinner and overnight.

You will be picked up after breakfast and proceed with a game drive in the Serengeti with your picnic lunches. Enjoy the game drive in this famous national park, where alongside the big cats you will see spotted hyena and a host of more elusive small predators, ranging from the insectivorous aardwolf to the beautiful serval cat. A full day of game viewing, with dinner and overnight at the Lodge or campsite.

You will be picked up after breakfast and depart for Tarangire, arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive follows in what is one of the most beautiful parks in Tanzania in terms of animal concentration and abundance, with Tarangire full of vegetation and famous for its baobabs and elephant herds. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge or campsite.

After breakfast and your final game drive in the park, depart for Arusha with lunch enroute. Dinner and overnight at the budget hotel.

After breakfast pick up from the hotel and transfer to the AM shuttle bus to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. You will be dropped at your hotel or the airport. If you wish to proceed to Zanzibar we can also drop you at Arusha Airport.
